Why is it not possible to contact this office? I initially tried to contact Scott Jensen's office by phone. All I got was a recording that was already in progress (and seemingly interrupted, and just jumped right in). 'For (this person) press 2. For (this person press 3.' And so on, up through 8. Taking a second to ponder the "what now?" option, the recording suddenly says 'thank you for calling' and disconnects the call. Plan B - I'll e-mail them. There's no link or e-mail address that enables me to even ask a simple question. Should I have pressed a number to any one of the individuals to ask my question, only to get put on hold or supposedly transferred to someone that can 'help' me? (which would likely get me no closer to a solution) In the effort of getting and retaining clients, I recommend revamping your processes in being able to be REACHED by clients, potential or existing. (I'm not even sure my efforts here will get my comments posted anywhere) Here goes.
