We (Deareld & Teresa Rich) built our first storage facility in 1994 in Clearfield, Utah. We later sold that property. Taking construction and work experience with us we began planning another facility, when we felt like we had found "this is the spot" piece of property. We began building at 885 West 1200 South, Ogden Utah in 2007. We are very excited to be done with the building portion and very optimistic with this new location. We opened our doors to our new facility in May of 2009. We have utilized the assistance, both in construction and business operations, of two of our sons Aaron and Darrik. We are excited about some features in our new facility which are; Individual door alarms 24/7 Quality recording systems with cameras located throughout the facility. Gated - Must have code to get in and out of facility. It is our intent to keep honorable, law biding citizens using the facility thus protecting all that store with us. We are able to facilitate this by using digital photo of all tenants, driver licenses, combined with a signed contract. We also live on premises giving the facility 24/7 personal security. We look forward to serving you!

Very Helpful And Great Site

I have been to other storage sites in the area and none of them where as clean and friendly as this one. Great people and they really go out of their way to help you out.

Excellent facility. We needed to briefly store some belongings during remodeling and were very pleased with the experience overall. The price was comparable to their competitors, although many Hi Tech units are temperature regulated unlike the others. Also, the grounds are kept in impeccable condition; you could eat off the floor in the storage units if you wanted to. The owners are very pleasant to work with and the customer service was outstanding (for instance, they send a personalized hand-written thank you for your business). Finally, the security is solid so you do not need to worry about your belongings.

hi-tech self storage really impressed us...we have moved more times than I'd like to count and/or we use storage facilities wherever we go because we generally start out in apartments until we get to know an area.

The things we really liked about hi-tech self storage is they were so willing to help on so many levels. they acted like we were their neighbors for years.

The facility itself is very clean and easy to get around in even in snowy conditions.

I am a sugaraholic and I loved the candy in the office!!!

We highly recommend hi-tech self storage to others. It has been a great experience for us!
