Gridley, Ward & VanDyke is a law firm dedicated to helping injured persons and preserving their legal rights. The firm was organized in its present form over 20 years ago by founding members, Findley P. Gridley, Erik M. Ward, and Christopher L. Shaw. Together, we have almost 100 years of combined experience representing injured people in a wide variety of cases including automobile collisions, commercial truck accidents, medical negligence, product liability, workplace injuries, electrocution injuries, wrongful death claims, slip and falls, dog bites, insurance bad faith, and other related causes. We represent clients in all Utah State and Federal courts. All injury or death claims are handled on a contingency fee basis meaning if there is no recovery there is no attorney's fee.
