I was very disappointed with the customer service I got with this company and would not recommend them. I had my glass exchanged by them at the airport while I was on a business trip . Several weeks later (after sitting un-driven in my driveway given that it was my second car) the glass started the crack from the edge---suggesting that it had been installed too tightly. I called them and even though I never drive it and I saw with my own eyes the crack develop and spread from the edge to the center of the glass--they claimed that it was a new crack caused by a rock chip. I didn't want money; I wanted a new windshield because I saw this as their error. I filed a complaint with the BBB but they refused to work with me. Not trustworthy. I wouldn't go there. Pick another place. They don't stand by their work.

Summer 2012. Very bad experience. When I called I asked for Glasshopper’s best installer to install a windshield in my new car (windshield is metal frameless) so I wanted a perfect job. NOT!!! After the installer left my house I noticed the narrow rubber frame was not placed properly on the top portion of the windshield and now looks like a defect. I also found a lot of very fine glass in the front interior of the car compartment. IF THAT WASN’T ENOUGH THERE WAS TWO LARGE OIL SPILLS FROM HIS VAN IN MY DRIVEWAY. The worst contracted experience for the year….BEWARE.
