1 star is too much.



I agree with the other posters, check out their actual written reviews, and check with the BBB. They totally ripped us off and even though they NEVER ordered our furniture, they refused to give us our money back. They lied about many things, they said they had an account with the manufacturer and they did NOT. I finally called the manufacturer after 59 days of non stop hastle and found out they don't have an account, they TRIED to get an account but were denied based on the way they do business. Read all the reviews available and make an informed decision, if you are nuts enough to still do business, pay only a SMALL deposit until your furniture is actually delivered within the time frame given. GET THE TIME FRAME they promise you IN WRITING, get every detail of the transaction in writing, and what ever you do do not pay cash. Use a credit card to pay a small deposit so when you get ripped off you can file a dispute. I wouldn't even do that much with this company, I would NOT recommend them, I would anyone looking for furniture to go somewhere else.

Run as fast as you can. Read the BBB reviews and F rating, yelp reviews yahoo reviews etc. Furniture Direct takes your money and does not deliver. They don't even deserve 1 star.
