I haven't had a good experience here. I was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer 3 months prior to my visit at this clinic from my previous doctor that we moved away from. After a long ER visit I scheduled an appointment at this clinic and left very confused and very upset. The PA had "informed" me that my diagnoses was wrong and wanted me to have another scope. I had a scope and diagnosis in June and needed another scope for a diagnosis of the same problem? They were able to view my records from my previous office but I still needed a scope? As I asked questions the PA became agitated with me. After the appointment he seemed so upset that I questioned him with what was bothering me and what my concerns were from GI issues in the past that after the appointment he dismissed himself without a polite manner. He had no "goodbye" "see you soon" "I hope you feel better" "thanks for coming in". NOTHING. I work in the dental field and extremely disgusted with his unprofessional manner and will travel many miles to receive treatment from my previous "Dr" and would never recommend this office to anyone! I have never made a complaint about anything but I have never been treated or so upset and had to say anything. Please reconsider scheduling a visit at this office... it is not worth a co-payment!!!!

I have been going through some stomach problems causing me severe chronic pain for a month now. I have been to UDHI 3 times so far and Spencer Hibbert and Dr. Lowe have refused to do anything to treat my pain. Due to my condition I'm currently unable to take any NSAIDs and tylenol seems to aggrivate my pain. Despite this they have still refused to treat my pain. Originaly their reason was because there were some conditions that could be aggravated by pain meds. But now those conditions have been ruled out and they still continue to do nothing for the pain and just schedule me for more tests and procedures that I cannot afford. My pain has gotten so bad that I cannot work and most days cant even get out of bed. Still nothing. It is getting me depressed and the thought of another day in this amount of pain makes me just want to end everything now. Still.... nothing.... if you are in extreme pain, think twice about going to these guys.

Dr. Lowe is the most respected and informed physician I have ever worked with. He has treated me and my family for over a decade. He always take the time to go over everything with me and make me totally comfortable. We have had some situations over the years that I'm very grateful that Dr. Lowe was our physician. I'm proud to call Dr. Lowe "my doctor"! Further, I love his staff and surgery center. Dr. Lowe and his center are A+!

Dr. Lowe is awesome. My procedure was quick and painless. I will recommend all of my friends to get their screening done from him.

I have gone to Dr. Phue twice for a colonscope. My husband several time. He is very caring and excellent as a surgeon.sue Hill

Dr. Pugh was the most arrogant, uncaring, egotistical Dr. I have ever met. I thought he was rude and had no bedside manners to speak of. He questioned everything my husband and I said, as if to say, we didn't know what we were talking about. Instead of trying to me help he basically said there wasn't anything wrong with me. What apompous ass! I don't think anything will come of this,as far as he being reprimanded but maybe he'll think twice about treating another patient like this.
