My first experience with Don's service. I took a vacuum in for repair and they gave me a estimate on the cost and a time frame to expect for repair. When I picked up the vacuum it was within the time frame promised and completely repaired. I can highly recommend this repair shop for your vacuum needs. Clark

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I took my vacuum in for repair, only to be misled about the parts needed & time the repair would take. My first vacuum wasn't fixed after a month, without calls from Don's about status. I gave them a second chance by bringing in another vacuum to be repaired. I still didn't receive a call when it was done. I had to call them every time to get any updates on my vacuums. They ended up charging me for two vacuum repairs when only one was made. They never apologized for the miscommunication, only blamed me, the customer, for all mistakes made. I work in retail and would NEVER treat a customer this way. I'll never go back.

Meeting your needs is their first concern!

I was given all the options to save my favorite vacuum from dying -and then shown what was currently available in different brands and prices to meet my needs. I felt I was treated respectfully the whole time. Definately trust these professionals who know what they are talking about!
