After a very stressful accident that was not my fault, I came to Custom Auto on the recommendation of multiple friends and my insurance company. Not only did the owner personally come out and meet with me, he showed me around the shop and introduced me to all his employees who would be working on my vehicle. They called me on the day my car was supposed to be done, and due to my work schedule, I could not pick up the car. Then owner met me at my house at 830 at night to deliver my car to me !! Talk about customer service. I couldn't believe that my car had ever been in a wreck. The paint match was perfect!! They even repaired a door ding I had at no charge to me. The whole experience was smooth from beginning to end. They have a customer for life, and I will send everyone I know to this shop for all their repair needs.

great place great family atmosphere have used the shop three times couldn't be happier read the other review,that person must either be on drugs,or have this shop confused with some other place, the staff was very attentive the job was fantastic,and done early, they saved me some of my deductible, and even gave us a loaner and cleaned our vehicles at no charge, why would you ever go any where else

This place looks impresive when you get past the unkemp parking lot and run down landscaping. The lobby is full of nice cars that the company owner has on display. This shop will promiss the world and deliver a mediocre completed job. The shop is full of illegal aliens and semi talented hacks
