I called on Monday to have Todd go out and replace a window for me at a rental home. Said he would go out the next morning to measure the glass then follow up with me. I hear nothing from him or the company! I called on Wednesday, no answer. I called my tenants, they said no one stopped by. I called all the numbers listed for the company, no answer! I've called and left numerous messages, there is no response! Today on Todd's phone there is a voice message that he will be out of town for a week!! How does a business function like this? Even if something had happened, AT LEAST FOLLOW UP!!!
