So basically, they are the nicest people, but their quality of work is usually slightly messy, I would give them like a 2.5, if you’re looking for an intricate design, go somewhere that you know you like

Worst pedicure service ever!!!!!! And I have had many, & normally do not write reviews but in this case I had too .When my 11yr old niece & I arrived all the seats were taking with clients (now mind I had called for an appt. which I was told to come on in for they had openings). We picked out our nail polish and proceeded to wait approx. 20 minutes. Finally we get 2 chairs together & the 1st thing I noticed was that the water was ice cold, was told that they had plumbing issues the day before. They then proceeded to heat water up in a coffee pot which took another 10 minutes (they never warmed the water for my niece). The actual pedicure was the worst, the lady that was doing mine was paying attention to other thing rather than her customer, painting of my toe nails, absolutely horrible. I went home & redid everything myself, as well as my niece. Thanks CT Nails for ruining a special day for my niece, as well as myself...... I promise that I will tell everyone I come in contact with.
