Bill and crew are small town ... they are honest and fair. Bill has over 30 years in the automotive service industry and has staff that perform work that Bill can stad behind. It is Bills name on the building and him you will find behind the counter most days. I could not recommend a better place for you to have your automotive needs taken care of.

I agree with Ivan... I went there trying to get my car to pass safety and inspections but I needed a few things done and even though this shop was out of the way for me I had to go to them because everyone else in Roy was busy and was a risk to get my car done before the weekend. When I get there I tell the owner(bill) I didn't have a lot to put towards my tires because the other things I needed done but that didn't stop him from charging $40 per tire and I got 2. Then I drove my car in the garage and the owners son was there with another tech whom guided me in and as he did so the owners son just stood in the way as the other tech waved me in, if I were to just watch the techs hand I would've ran into the son. And as they walked around my car telling me to turn blinkers, brakes, headlights on the son said to turn my high beams on I did but they must've been burnt out as I stated after trying but the son continued to tell me to turn them on and I kept saying they must be out, he ended up rolling his eyes and coming to the door to try himself. At that point I was rubbed the wrong way and didn't need his self in titled personality coming from this little kid/guy, like he is a self proclaimed genius but I argue the opposite. I usually take the time to research parts and tires before going places but usually get treated right but it seems the one time I don't I got taken advantage of. I do not recommend going to "Buffalo Bills" they're unprofessional which I came to find out more after waiting over 2 and a half hours for tires, high beams. But for the sake of writing a novel. I'll stop at this point, I should have knew from when they had no customers when every other shop was behind 2 and 3 hours with work they had to do.

I have dealt with buffallo bills tire shop
With my business fleet and felt like I have been scammed to the point of fraud.
If you want a fair deal I recommend buffalo bros in Roy. Bill used to work their and stole their name to capitalize on their reputation.
