Update: March 6,2020.

Beckstom has now created a HUGE safety issue. When placing the radiator back into our vehicle they pinched the fuel line. They called last Thursday February 27th stating our car was completed and we could pick it up. There is still visual damage on the hood and they stated "There is nothing more we can do". Friday morning we picked up the vehicle. Drove it from Ogden to Brigham. Monday morning we filled the gas tank up, started to drive and it stopped and did not drive more than 10mph. We parked the car and called Beckstrom. They told us to drive it to the dealership in Brigham City.

Thank Goodness!!!! Heritage Dodge knows what the HELL they are doing :). After looking at the car and seeing the gas poring out of the fuel line. Further inspection the fuel line was pinched and it had created a hole. We are sooo lucky nothing sparked, as it would have been automatic fire. The entire fuel tank emptied in less than 10 minutes. This is all due to the complete negligence on Beckstrom AutoBody.

Come to find out, the check engine light that was on last week and tested by a dealership in Riverdale. They notified Beckstrom of the issue. Beckstrom told them to just reset the engine light.

The complete negligence and lack of safety and concern that Beckstrom took is not ok! We are truly lucky that we were not injured.

As far as customer service. Beckstrom does not CARE. Talking with them on Monday March 2nd, the women laughed and thought that our situation was worth laughing at. As I yelled that this is not funny, she stated "Well, what do you want us to do about it". Also, I have requested that the owner return our call on four occasions. One being Monday. The women stated "The owner is out of the country and no one is in charge, we all work as a team so no one can really call you back".

We now have a permanently damaged car, that has been "fixed" since November 12th, 2019. The four months were a game with Beckstrom. They put not only our family in danger by their actions, but also others that are working on the vehicle to bring it back to a safe vehicle to drive.

DO NOT Use Beckstrom! They refused to answer the complaint through the Better Business Bureau, refused to return phone calls and in short they do not care about your safety and or your business, as laughing at the customer is their way of showing customer service.

Update: We still do not have our vehicle, and or resolution. They have had our car for 14 weeks. Between there dishonesty and lack of planning we are again waiting.... I would strongly recommended if your looking for an autobody shop, find someone other than Beckstrom.

We have had two completely different experiences with Beckstrom. First was Sept 2018. Wonderful communication, quick response and things went well.

The second experience was this year. After several issues and miscommunications. We have been out a vehicle for 6 weeks, and possibly another 2 weeks waiting for the final repairs to be completed.

Jeff Baur was a great person to work with he was very knowledgeable. He got everything worked out great with our insurance so they could get our vehicle in and out. The shop also did a great job fixing our vehicle I'm very pleased with this shop..
