Didn't show up for scheduled appointment and then can't fit me in

I had an appointment set up and was told they would be here between 10-12, nothing, I called after 12 and they were booked and so busy they weren't going to be able to make it today. I had an appointment!!!! Not impressed!!! They offered to reschedule but I will go elsewhere!!!

Don't bother.....

unless you have time for two SEPARATE appointments to get ONE bid. I had them come out to give me a bid for a furnace and a/c replacement. The person took the time to calculated heat/loss ratios. After about an hour, he told me he'd have to go back to his office to draw up the bid. I was a little shocked since the other 6 companies had been able to give me a bid the same night. After over a week, the guy finally called me back and wanted to set up another appointment to go over the bid. I told him I didn't have time for another meeting and that we had pretty much decided on a system to go with, but would still consider his price. He asked me for the system and he told me he couldn't beat the price. He then went on about how it was the worst system to buy and that he would never go with that one. I told him the company had a great warranty and he went off about how they wouldn't stand by the warranty. I asked if he could give me the pricing over the phone and he said he didn't have it. I told him if he couldn't give me the pricing over the phone I was interested. I hung up. He called back and left a very UNPROFESSIONAL message about how he hoped the company didn't leave me "high and dry" then ended with a laugh and hung up.



If that is how their sales rep is going to act towards a potential customer, no way will we ever do business with them. I wouldn't waste your time.
