Have been taking my vehicles to Chad for years now. Chad and Bryce are very honest and upfront with pricing and what needs to be done. Great office staff. Would highly recommend Arnold's Auto to everyone

Ok so not only is the owner of this business soley motivated by money, he has no sense of customer service at all. I brought my truck to arnolds yesterday to have my front passanger hub and wheel replaced. A simple procedure that should take a few hours tops. Here it is day two and when I call and let him know this is not acceptable he started screaming at me on top of his lungs that its his delivery drivers fault. Now im an understanding woman but tell me why its my fault that u do business with a shady company just so u can save a lil money? Then when my husband called him he started with his long list of fix its on our truck trying to suck as much money from us as he could...i had to have my husband go sit down there and babysit them because after this point I no longer trusted them with my truck. I will deffinately be paying the extra money to do business with a reputiable company and have the peace of mind im working with trustworthy people.

Chad has always been fair to me. He keeps my old cars running.

had some work done that really didnt need to be done....but i found out too late. then, they claim they take amex but they didnt! Find another place to gp! Dishonest!

Chad Arnold, the owner, charged me twice for the same bill. I took both reciepts in and he refuses to give me my money back because I paid in cash and do not have a reciept of my own. Crappy work. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!
