There is no rating for an inadequate company who hires telemarketers who don't understand English urgent critical follow thru.to this date we are reporting this INADEQUATE COMPANY use and abuse to Medicare. LET'S SEE IF THEY GIVE A DAMN!

Our experience with Apria Healthcare was miserable. We were routed through their "virtual" customer service. They treated us like we were stupid and leveraged our situation to use their service because it was after hours, doctor prescribed and insisted we sign docs at delivery which contained no prices or duration info. They refused to remove their equipment without a Rx, though our need was for one night only and billed us for a month. The woman manning the delivery desk constant talked over us so we couldn't ask questions about their service. When I finally lost my patience, she hammered us about our "need" to do the right thing even though her directive didn't match our physician's prescription. Miserable customer service!
