Worked with me to come meet me as I travel around all day for work. Did a great job. would recommend.

Bad customer service. I have called more than 15 times, and they have not called me back to schedule a time to finish installing my windshield. After installing my windshield, there has been a air leak in my windshield for weeks. I do give them credit for coming out an additional time to try to fix the problem, and called back once to try to come a third time, but have not even return my calls since then. When they have answered the phone when I call, and scheduled to come, they stood me up 2 times!

I had scheduled an appointment for a side door window repair. When the tech showed up he had only brought a windsheild. He ordered another side door window and promised to return early the next morning to install it so I could be on my way to work. He called the next day and said he wasn't able to get the window and I should call TechnaGlass to fix it, since they have a huge supply of windows in stock. WOW! I was shocked that not only was he not even going to show... probably still in bed, but then to refer me to a larger competitor!! Who does that? Not good business practice if you want to grow your business!!

I dont know what unhappycramper is smoking, but I was treated very well and the quality was great. I was actually reffered from a neighbor. I have since referred a friend at work. All very happy. Would recommend highly.

They replaced my windshield recently and did a terrible job. They tried to reuse the old rubber weather stripping that was dried and cracked leaving gaps where there is none and the edge of the windshield is exposed,. This will leak eventually. I called to complain and they said it would be another 40-60 dollars to have new weatherstripping installed, now I am going to have to have someone else repair their work or try to do it myself. I was not present when the repair was done or I would not have accepted this work. Poor workmanship and customer service. Also no receipt was left for the work done. I called and asked for one and still have not received it. I think they wrote their own reviews on their website! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

I was shocked that they actually did the job for 129 with no hidden costs after the job was done. Good quality job and my car was actually clean when finihsed.
