Bought a 2014 polaris ranger crew.first ride had noise in front.after several trips to the dealer concern was not corrected. I was told these 16000 dollar machines are.noisy. finally gave up with the dealer. I pulled out front driveline.to find.a.faulty carrier bearing
. I ordered the part and installed today. Noise gone
.my machine now has 600 miles. I now might be able to enjoy a ride without swearing at it and the dealer about the driveline grind no one could hear. I will never do business there anymore

I drove 2 hours one way from Soda Springs,
Idaho with my 2010 can am 650 to Ogden, the reason why is because I have a failure in my steering system, I called ahead of time and was told their is a recall on my Power Steering Box. I spoke with Wyatt on the phone in the service dept, after the service dept said they verified the vin number and parts for the recall, I decided to use them to service my CAN AM at their facility. I also requested that the drive line boots be replaced because I could see they are cracked and worn. I also wanted an alignment done. I also needed a replacement key. We called them one week later because we had not received a call from them. Wyatt try to explain that they had found a loose wire in the power steering system and it was fixed. Wyatt was asked about the recall and he said he had to check in on that, when he responsed he said there was no recall and then it was explained that he had told us he had verified the recall, he went silent and would not respond when asked if he lied about checking the vin for recalls. Wyatt was then asked about the drive line boot replacement, he said they are not cracked, Wyatt tried to claim I was mistaken, I know these boots are bad I can see they are! Wyatt was asked about the allignment and spare key, he said the allignment was not done because we never asked for it and it does not need one, I drive this unit everyday and it needs one folks! The only thing that was done right was the spare key was made. We have spoke thru the chain of command all the way to the owner who also tried to weasle his way out of these mistakes, his best option was he will not charge us for a sensor replacement in the power steering, it went from loose wires to a sensor? He also said no charge for the key. I have wasted hundreds of dollars in fuel with these people, plus 8 hours of driving, this supposed Can Am dealership was a mistake! They are not a professional dealer, this is backyard type service.

Dealing with Fred and the rest of the staff at tripple s was amazing. Fred was upfront and fair when working out the details of the transaction. When we arrived the vehicle was cleaned and ready to go with the accessories we requested. Fred went the extra mile to quickly add and install some additional speakers last minute for us as well. I would highly recommend doing business with Fred and the rest of the staff at tripple s!
