I have had 3 unfortunate experiences with this company in the last several months. I bought privacy slats for my vinyl fence and they sell them by the bag which is supposed to cover 10 ft. ea. bought 60 ft worth and it only covered 55 ft. of our fence. Then around the same time I was googling fence installation companies and they came up I called and they said they would have their guy call me for a free estimate he never called. I called a second time and he never called again still waiting...then to make my experience even better my brother in law picked up 4 pieces he thought we would need for our vinyl fence which we did not end up needing. I called to see what their return policy was and they said Lad had to call me I am pretty sure this is the same person who was supposed to call me back about the other things. Anyways they said there would be a restocking fee which I understand, yet no call back. My husband went there to return them and the lady there can't do anything without this Lad person, basically sounds like she is just there to answer the phone to tell people Lad needs to handle everything. Our experience has been awful and Lad if you ever seem to have time feel free to follow up on calls you should have returned 2 months ago.

I had fencing and railing built custom for me, and I cant believe how much time was used for the detail work. Everything Looks and Works great!!! Thank You!!! I am Very happy with the face lift my property as been given.I tell everyone I know how well the Ace Fab experience was, from picking out my rail designs and to the selection of very competitive vinyl fencing. The install went fast and smoothly with out any problems. I get complements all the time from the neighbors, hats off to this company!!Thanks again!!!I dont know about these other reviews below but it sounds like they are the people who have nothing better to do but complain about anything they can!I am sure if there really was a problem the guys at Ace would be more than happy to find a solution, they are good people like that. Take a pill and grow up!

Absolutely horrible. Trashed my yard, crappy gates, poor quality vinyl (yellowing), poor service...never use again. Beware. Would have put zero stars if possible.

Recently had a quality experience with AFW sales and installation crew. I purchased Heritage vinyl privacy fence. The sales men was very knowledgeable and I was impressed with the upgrades I recieved in what they called their standard privacy. Versus the 4 other companies I priced I was impressed that I was getting a commercial grade fence for competive residential price. Such things as a re-inforced bottom rail and I think it was called channel on the post to prevent excessive wind or movement of the body of my fence. The installation crew was great. Taking all precautions to keep my sod nice and mud was not tract on any concrete, especially this time of year that is awesome. In all I have recommended to all my family, friends and neighbors in our new subdivision about such a quality company. THANKS AFW FOR A JOB WELL DONE

This company cashed my check but did not do a good job. Little metal wire was left all over my yard for my children's feet and lawn mower to find. We called them to come fix a problem with the fence 1 month after installation and I never got a return phone call much less my fence fixed. It was to high and the dog (100lbs) could get out from under the fence. I had to put chicken wire at the bottom. After spending all that money and then have to use chicken wire is Wrong....There were other problems but too many to list......
