Dr. Mund was telling me that he has MS. I don’t really like going to a dentist that has numb hands. I had him do a root canal and I had to go back three times because I continued to have pain.

I am sorry that Dr. Mund has such bad MS. But he doesnt really have feeling in his hands and he slips a lot when he uses the drill. He hurt my son. We will not be going back.

Dr. Mund has MS. While I feel sorry for his condition, he is numb in his hands and doesn’t have good control when giving shots. It really hurt.

Very disappointed that Dr. Mund did not catch DRY SOCKET two days ago. I came here for a check-up after my dentist went away on vacation and explained my symptoms. Dr. Mund quickly checked me out, commented that there was a "smell", and gave me a prescription for Peridex.

Two days later, the pain hadn't decreased so, I sought a second opinion with a surgeon. Within seconds he confirmed that I had dry socket (from the smell alone), packed it, and sent me on my way. It's been a few hours and the relief is legendary. I wish the doctor here was able to see what he saw because I suffered for two days for no reason. On top of that, I totally wasted my money on a prescription that is now useless.

My complaint is with the "office manager" and his lack of professionalism. I had to wait over 2 months for my permanent crown. Was called 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment for cancellation because of my crown wasn't in. Ok. I had to keep rescheduling and what not. Finally, after the ordeal, I reached out to the manager for answers. 3 days later, he called me back. Every other word that she spoke was 'um' and tried to tell me he couldnt send me my xrays by email. Completely out of her element and job title. Front office staff is very nice and welcoming. Even the technicians and Dr's. Mund definitely not the so called manager that has no idea what it takes to run a business!

Dr. Mund and his staff have provided me and my family with great service for several years. I appreciate his attention to detail and accommodating schedule.

Dr. Mund creates a lot of pain. I am not sure he knows what he is doing.

Horrible treatment and I mean horrible treatment! I would like to know if someone can help me out on this? I have been in braces with the UCLA for about 7 months now and I was finally fed up with the treatment that I have been receiving so I complained and as soon as I did, they dismissed me from the treatment and I still have my braces on. I have been to other orthodontists but they are very expensive around $6500.00. I already have complained to the Dental Board over this. Does anyone know any dentists that have good specials and would do braces for about $5,000.00? Does anyone know of an attorney that would take this case?

Everyone was very nice. They were able to squeeze me in when no one else could. The dentist was great he told me all my options but left it up to me. I would recomend A1 Dental to others who are in need of a dentist.
