They double booked my appointment, they were rude and didn't even greet me when I walked in door, they then took another person, a walk in (which they said they don't do) ahead of me! They are not very sanitary either with the girls eating their food right next to the hair cutting stations! My hair turned out ok, but I won't be going back! they were not good enough for repeat business.
