I am a car dealer and have gone in multiple times and had nothing but great experiences with the parents. Unfortunately, the son that is behind the counter could not be any more rude. Not really sure why he is the one dealing with the public...This has happened every time I have dealt with him.

this is a great place to get your keys made at! they have such a huge selection and they do have the best key cutter machine in all of odessa! I've had keys cut in other place like: Wal-mart, Sears, Home Depot and the other key places and this is the only place where all my keys always work! So, I will go no where else again!
