We've had two separate installations of plantation shutters for our home. First the windows and the later our sliding glass doors. Both times Rick, the owner, was there doing the work and insuring a quality product and installation. There was one small defect in one of the shutters that we would not have seen but Rick brought it to our attention and within a week it was fixed with a new part. In one area of the house Rick changed our thoughts about installing shutters and instead suggested another less expensive option which we really liked and enhanced the look of the window. He has always shown that he has the homeowners interest in mind. Thank you Rick!

Please stop getting numerous quotes and call Rick & Carleen at Florida Shutters & Blinds. They carry a superior product from Norman which is a composite with a windowsill piece which completes the look. These are the best plantation shutters on the market, but more importantly Rick is a master installer, as well as Carleen. They know what they are doing, and they are priced very fairly. If you are going to make the investment of plantation shutters, I would only choose this company to get the job done beautifully.
