I am very grateful for Katrina. I adopted a standard poodle at age 7 who was abused and neglected as a breeding dog in a puppy mill. He had never been socialized or properly groomed. It was nearly impossible to find a groomer willing to work around his special needs. Katrina is fast and efficient in her skills so it is not a prolonged experience and she is kind enough to let me be present to minimize my dog's anxiety. She has been a godsend for my dog and me.

Grooming By Katrina has been grooming my dog for years. Chewy has been taken care of properly, professionally and honestly. I am disgusted by people who hide behind computer screens to complain instead of talking to the owner of the business to try to come up with a solution.
1) Chewy's favorite part of going to the groomer is getting to play with the other dogs instead of being crated up. However, if there is a problem with not playing nice, the dogs get crated up.
2) It is a grooming salon. It is NEVER going to be 100% clean!
3) Please remember that not all animals are well behaved when at a groomers. I know you think your animal is your "prince" or "princess" but that is not always the reality.
4) A groomer isn't going to dress "professionally just to get wet and dirty from the dogs. People need to be realistic about clothing as well.
All in all, Katrina's is a top quality groomer!
