Horrible service! They consitently lie and claim they are attempting deliveries to my business when I'm there from 9am-7pm, they claim deliveries are attempted, but no slips are left on my door, or in my mail box, and when I try to call the branch the phone rings non stop. One time an important package I was waiting for was marked as being attempted and I went all the way to the branch to find out what was going on because the package was marked as back at post office and when I get there nobody knows where the package is and they get get ahold of the mail delivery person and it was a huge mess.

I love my mailman. Other than that very disappointed when I mail something at this post office and it takes a week or more to deliver to same zip code. This needs to be improved.

Rude customer service!!!!!!!!! I am the type of person that is nice to everyone and as soon as I walked threw there

doors I was talked down to and treated poorly. The elderly woman directly ahead of me was treated just as poorly.

I went to Apopka and encourage everyone to do the same.
