Coming in for the first time was a smooth and great experience. Did not have to wait long and the owners took their time to make sure my watch fit smoothly. Superb business. Will continue to do business for my watches and more.

I have brought my watch here to be repiard. I have also bought jewlery from them and have had my wedding ring serviced. They are affordable and very friendly. Family owned business with 20+ years of experience.

Brought a watch in just to get a couple links removed and the owner and his daughter were very sweet and pleasant. Told me a lot that I don't know about maintaining my watch's quality and didn't even charge me for a first time visit!

The watch my husband gave my son was too big, so we went to Times Masterpiece for sizing. Mr. Demerjian immediately and kindly assisted us, and before we finished looking at all the display cases, the watch was sized perfectly, with a new battery. Mr. Demerjian gave my son a little bag containing the extra links he'd removed, and told him to bring them back in when he gets a little older and the watch is too tight. The pricing was extremely reasonable and my son was very happy. We were treated respectfully and I will return to have those links put back in some day. Thank you.

I contacted time's masterpiece concerning my rolex since I never had got it serviced I was afraid the cost would be great. I had taken it to mayors and got quoted $1000 for the work. After speaking with George I took the watch in and him and his son informed me that though it was long overdue for one, there was no major damage. George an older gentlemen seemed very knowledgable about his trade, as did his son. The watch was returned to me in a few days instead of the 2 months mayors wanted, and only charged me $300 for the service. Needless to say me and my husband won't take our watches anywhere else. I have had it back for a few week now other than looking brand new it runs like it did 10 years ago. Thanks George
