On Jan 2,i went to drop a package off and as soon as i walk in there was two customers ahead of me so the clerk told me to leave my package on the table so i did and left. For the next few days i tried to check on the progress but couldn't so i thought maybe i should give it a little more time. A week later, I couldn't couldn't track it so i call up amazon, it was a return package i originally purchase though amazon, they told me there was no info on this except i created the return label which i did on the jan 2 and return it on the same day! yet nothing on the system. So i call this place up and gave them my tracking and the clerk told me she scan it and the truck picked it up and told me to call the UPS number.

I asked her if she could give me a store number just in case i needed for preference when i talk to the UPS reps. She rudely declined and said the store has nothing to do with it since the truck pick it up already and she couldn't do nothing else. I call the UPS and they said they didn't receive any scan nor any truck pick it up so no info on it except there is a return label created for that package, same thing that amazon said. So either the truck driver or this store mess it up. I'm not sure 100% that the store is the one to blame here but the way they handled their business is unacceptable. No responsibility what so ever. Didn't even bother to give me the truck driver name or truck number nothing when i asked she keep telling me to call the UPS number and that the store couldn't do anything else and tried to hurry the phone call up. So UPS reps basically said i didn't drop anything off and this UPS INDEPENDENTLY OWN store said she scanned it and the truck pick it up. I think i will stick with the ups reps. I call amazon and explain the case. They were nice enough to refund my money even though they didn't receive nothing, it was a $250 watch that i have to pay out of pocket if amazon wasn't nice enough to do this. I been a customer since 2006 and have return many items and never have anything like this happen but i drop it off near the place i work. Amazon told me they will file an investigation on this. Needless to say I will not be back here at all. If you drop ur package here and it didn't show on tracking U R F**KED.
