I will not spend another dime in this franchise as the "manager" Sherry displays no customer service. She is unprofessional and doesn't know company polices as I asked for a refund and she refused stating, "we don't give refunds so either take this pizza or get out of my store". However, when I asked to see the policy stating such, she could not show me one that stated there are no refunds for unsatisfied customers. She was very rude and I will be reporting her to the corporate division as I do my research tomorrow.
