Bathrooms are filthy. Ordered a Corona with a lime and the lime had mold all over it. The couple in front of us ordered some type of roll which had avocado in it, to their surprise the avocado had mold as well.. We will NEVER return!!!

Several times I have visited Ginza, they have the ability to cook anything,they have professional chefs, any kind of food would you wish to eat, you will find here,

staff is very friendly and respected, I like their crab ragoons and raspberry sake as well,



so the problem is that they should maintain their presentation more excellent,

so that everyone will able to get their stuff quickly.

Absolute worst restaurant experience of my life. My husband and I arrived and were sat at 7:30pm for hibachi. We did not receive our drinks until 8pm (that was upon someone in a different party going to ask where the drinks were) then the other people were delivered salads - which the server gave to the person on the end and told them to "pass it down". (So my salad could have been passed though everyone at the tables germs? That’s great with the current FLU EPIDEMIC going on! ) Much to my surprise... no salad or soup was EVER passed down to myself or my husband. Everyone else is eating... its 8:20p and I finally go find the sever to find out where our food was... his response "oh yes, we set it down on table behind you- didn’t have time to bring it to you, be there soon". I go to use the restroom, (it is FILTHY.. I wouldn’t even allow my dogs to go use the bathroom in there!! On my walk back to the table in utter disgust, I peeked into the open door to the kitchen- bugs, food on the floor - stench of old garbage. I almost threw up. It is now 8:30p and I make my way back to the table as the cooks come out to start the "show"- my husband and I walked out. This restaurant should be fined and closed! I will never go back there and would only suggest someone to go there if I HATED THEM AND WANT THEM TO GET AMOEBIC DYSENTERY! I will be contacting the health inspectors!

Ginza's will cook what you want and how you want it. If you don;t like something, they will substitute for you. I have never had a poor experience! My children have eaten here since they were 1 and 2, and it is their fave place to eat. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get!

Since they have changed there price they only give you a small amount of food the service there is horrible they have a waiter with black hair extremely rude; I ordered a glass of wine that I did not like he told me I had no choice but to pay for it!!! And when I refused he told me if I didn’t like the service not to come back!! Worst experience ever!!Sushi is just okay!!! the only goof thing is the price Kobe's food is much better!

One of my absolute favorite restaurants! This place won't let you down! Love it!

I have gone here quite a few times and am pleased every time I go. The food is very good and the prices are much better compared to some of the "higher end" restaurants. The hibachi dinners are just what you would expect just without the big check at the end.

I've visited Ginza at least a dozen times and I've never been disappointed. The food and service are outstanding, better than even Kobe's! (not to mention they're easier on your pocket book too). It's one place that everyone should visit at least once.

I have eaten sushi in restaurants from Los Angeles, to New York, to Miami, to Boca Raton. Ginza in Ocoee is the BEST I have EVER had. Their portions are excellent, prices are right in line, service is the BEST, the freshness and taste cannot be beat.You will never be dissapointed!
