Very RUDE!!!!! Horrible customer service. They don’t know how to treat the customers. They are very disorganized, you can see when you get there. Takes a long time to be out of there. Many mosquitos due to water in old tires. Good luck if you go there.

Our RV blew a tire out on the turnpike while we were evacuating. We limped to the exit. No problem we thought, as we had paid extra to AARP Roadside Assistance to make sure our RV was covered.

AARP routed our call to an Indian, who had great difficulty understanding where we were. He then patched us through to a callout service who immediately said they could not cover RVs, even though we had told him explicitly.

While my wife tried to re-contact AARP, I searched on my phone, and found Crawford, who it turned out was only 6 miles away. They were very efficient and arrived with a spare tire just as a kid turned up from AARP. It's obvious who got us back on the road, the Crawford truck was fully equipped and the man had muscles! Though we were in a desperate position, the pricing was reasonable and we carried on our trip with confidence.

Absolutely great service at a time of need, recommend them to anyone.

They provide poor service. They have scratch my rims every visit. Even after bringing to there attention, they made it worse on purpose. They will profile you behind your back. Rude employees.

These guys have no idea what customer service means. They are rude on the phone and in person. They don't appreciate anyone's business.

I inquired about 4 Michelin tires ( not cheap ones) so I scheduled appointment 2 days in advance. Couple of hours later I called back because I had found them locally for $200.00 cheaper ( $50 per tire) at a well advertised place and asked them if they would meet the price. And Gary said ( with a somewhat nasty tone ) " I don't match prices I do quality work here". So of course we didn't schedule. Point is the company been in business for awhile and he isn't the only one that can install tires its not like I was asking them to give me an engine overhaul or something that should really involve major skills. Good luck getting a price break here if you find one. But they are nice at first on the phone and call you right back. Lynne is very pleasant.

This place is a JOKE. You have to wait hrs on end to get your tire fixed and the people in the office is rude. The short young FAT chick that takes the money is so rude to people.

My husband and I called several tire service companies to come out and fix our motor home tire on Super Bowl Sunday and could get no one. We finally got in touch with Mr. Crawford and he came out and had us on the road in no time. I would highly recommend his company. Thank you.

I have HAD good experience with the Crawford staff, however as of late their customer service is for the PITS. Whomever it is that answers their phone, an older woman is NASTY. I have placed calls since Friday, even stopped into the location for assistance with some tires and was told that they are too busy. Business must be extremely well to tell customers that they are too busy. It is now Monday afternoon and after 3 phone calls, I am being told we will just have call you tomorrow. I think I am about DONE with Crawford tire and their LACK of customer service.

Me and my family have been dealing, with Gary(Crawford tire)for more than 20 years, and in all that time we have always recieved great service,and fair prices.Even though Gary is is as busy as a one legged man at a butt kickin contest,he still takes the time to take a minute to say hello how ya doin,when we come in,so hear is a great big thanks! your friends Jim & Jaci

My family and I have been using Crawford Tire Service for over 40 years. The current generation of Crawfords run and honest business with reasonable prices. If you have to drive out of your way to do business there, it is worth it. Price isn't everything although their prices are competitive. Honesty and fair service is worth more than any discount you will get at a place you can't trust.
