Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful when I visited the store. I will definitely be back and recommend other people to shop there.

Deplorable and perversely disgusting. Mike and Jeff of Home Appliances refuse to give me a refund for items NOT in my possession. They lied and said that we took possession of an order because they "placed on a truck" when I advised them never to do this as our home is still under construction. Then they said too bad, no refund-- and by the way of $11,000 of merchandise. Very sneaky and crooked. On top of that, they refuse to work with us and are never available- always on vacation it seems. I still do NOT have possession of the order. Buyers please, please beware.

When you walk into the store, it is dark and has a funny smell. I was ripped off when i bought a warranty there for my gas range. When i had a problem and called the warranty company, they said that i had no warranty on file. I would never go back there to buy anything.
