Great atmosphere, great conversation, great hair results! (Brazilian hair straightening and cut). But...the chairs used for hair washing are not comfortable and I couldn't enjoy the head massage; my hairdresser kept burning my scalp and ear with the blow drier; and she wasn't too thrilled (or appreciative) with my generous tip. That turned me off so I'll keep looking for another salon.
