I had originally ordered a full bathroom of plumbing supplies with Mark, and in the begining everything went smoothly with the order except the lead times on some of the items I had ordered.

Since this was a special finish I understood that there may be some long lead times on some of the items so I did not mind much.

Towards the end of the order I had one item left that had not come in and the order was placed July of 2011, I had checked on this item in October and everything else was in except this one piece and I was told that this would be in within the next few weeks.

After this I had expected a call from Mark on various occasions but never received any and had to call him continuously with no answer as to when my piece would arrive. Well in March of 2012 after many repeated calls and after I had been told that I would recieve a call back with information as to when my part was to arrive I had to cancel my order with Mark and order from another distributor. Before I had ordered my part from another distributor I called the company of the product I was waiting on from Mark, at Bleiberg and they told me that the part I was waiting on would only be 4 weeks and there would be no reason that it would ever take over 7 months to recieve.

I feel like he could have just told me that he couldn't get this part but instead was dishonest and kept promising me a call back and that the part would be in soon, also the last two times I called to find out if there was any information he was rude and hung the phone up when I asked him if my part had arrived.
