I know Brian Elenson and 2muchstuff4me a long time almost 45 years, throughout his career in the medical field owner of 5 optical stores, 2 homecare companies, 1 I.V. therapy company and a patient advocate organization fighting for healthcare benefits for the terminally Ill. He was the head of 2 billion dollar corporation’s, SMP and Esquire Communications both notable corporations on the stock market and now the owner of 2muchstuff4me for over 10 years.

His most notable case as a patient advocate was Gordon Vs The State Of New York and the Empire plain in the mid 90’s Brian was informed by a number of healthcare providers that a group of terminally Ill patients were being denied healthcare coverage under the Empire plan, that plan is issued to NY state employees, those patients had outlived there diagnoses for more then 5 years and the plan had either terminated or was about to terminate their coverage. Brian decided to take on the STATE OF NY, he shifted the patient’s care to one of his companies, paid for the care out of his own pocket and filed suit against the Empire plan, during the hearing which was televised on several national news shows the doctors who are employed by empire plan claimed that they where just looking for ways to cut cost. The case was settled and the patient’s care continued.



He has always been an innovator, first to setup an optical bouquet in the State of NY, first to advertise in the optical field, first to develop oversized cr39 lenses, the first televised healthcare action with patients and the first to make 7 1 hour national TV shows about Estate liquidation. Pretty impressive for a thief, liar and felon.
