**Do Not Bring Your Vehicle Here!** I brought my 2006 STi to this shop to fix a cam seal leak that had slowly developed. I didn't have the specialty cam sprocket tools or a method to remove the cam bolts. Buying the tools and doing it myself would have been cheaper. The day after I bring the car in with the cam seals provided, I received a call claiming that I needed new valve cover gaskets, and cam bridge seals, neither of which were leaking because I had replaced them 500 miles prior. After $800 in extra parts and labor, I picked up the car only to have it throw an immediate Check Engine Light for Right Side AVCS performance. I needed the car to drive to work, so I called them later, and they asked me to bring the car back. After returning with the car, the owner claims that the issue is unrelated to their work, even though the cam gear they removed now doesn't work. The car was left there for 4 weeks, with a weekly check up phone call where they tried to feed me some line about how they spoke with Subaru dealership mechanics and hooked up manual pressure gauges, and how no one ever could figure out what was wrong with my car. I picked up the car, paid for a tank of fuel which I'm sure they squandered joy riding, and 5 qts of oil. 150 miles later, the valve cover gaskets are now leaking. Most likely they did not apply sealant to the corners of the gasket, or used a cheap sealant not meant for contact with oil. Not only did this shop break my car, but they managed to undo maintenance that I had done properly. Not only will I never let a shop touch my car again, I wouldn't recommend this one to my worst enemy.

Subie shop worked with me when I did not have all the money for the repairs, fixing the immediate problem and scheduling me to go back in a couple of weeks to finish the work. Very nice people.
