This place has been horrible. I brought my vacuum intact for a checkup since it was only $14.00. They then called me and told me it needed all kinds of other stuff done and it was going to cost $48.00. I advised I would just like the band put on it and that was all. When I went and picked it up, it would not stand up. It was broke. I sent it back and they insinuated it was broke when I brought it in there, in which it was not. Since the break it has been there since May 31. I have called several times and they said my vacuum was not ready. I called again the Oceanside store, she said it was in San Diego, I called San Diego and they said it was in Oceanside. I called Oceanside again and she said "we've called you two times to let you know it is avail." I keep my cell phone on me at all times for business. Lies. Bad business.
