I have had a storage unit at the Oceanside location of Security Public Storage since the summer of 2021. It has been a good experience overall, the only thing i would hope for is lighting inside the units, like the ones in the hallway, that go off automatically after a set amount of time. It is clean, safe, great location and the staff is very helpful.

Been with them for 8 years and am totally satisfied and pleased. When we went to a smaller unit, they were extremely helpful. Don’t hesitate to store your stuff here.

They have just the right size unit for me and the price is competitive. The facility is clean, rodent-free, well-organized and the personnel are always helpful. They have free carts to move things from your vehicle to your storage unit. That's very helpful especially when going up the elevator. All supplies you'll need are in the office.

Have been using storage for our business for over 2 years and have not had an issue with anything. Feel SPS is secure and well maintained. Outside areas are kept clean as well.

I have rented from Security Public Storage for 3 months so far and appreciate the cleanliness & simplicity of my unit location and accessibility. I've spoken with 3 employees at the front office on separate occasions & each were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable of the company and its services. Also, I appreciate how on each occasion the employee politely acknowledged & addressed addition customers as they entered the office. I shopped around prior to selecting this facility & their rates are best without hidden fees. Must mention the beautiful mural in front is awesome! Great rates, great customer service, clean facility, I highly recommend!

Excellent storage facility… friendly and helpful.

Overall, they're a good facility. My biggest complaint is the limited hours. Also, I had have a theft issue, but they were cooperative, helpful, understanding, and apologetic. My claim is still pending, so we'll see.

Rates are good and location is great. Never had an issue with moisture of critters, very clean.
