Provided by YP.comHorne street does exist sweetheart. Horne street is where the Oceanside High School is located. If you're coming from Pacific Coast Highway, You can turn on Mission Avenue (going east) and Horne street will be the second stoplight. Granted the Posh Wash isn't the greatest laundromat in Oceanside, however it will get the clothes washed and the community is friendly!

at first i thought it was confused with "HORNE" street after driving around for so long looking for "HOME St"... but no... no no no.... there is no laundry place on Horne....
take the PCH South just past Angelo's burgers- there's a LaundrO Mat there. open 6:30am- 10pm every day.
i found that place after driving around for like- almost an hour.... ready to give up...and go home to look up another...
its in the same lot as "Kragen Auto Parts" and "31 Flavors Baskin Robins"
