I called in because I was having an issue with my toilets backing up I spoke with Deanna and she was very nice and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule someone to come out the same day and fix the issue. I was very concerned about the smell and sewage that came up because I have a toddler in the home. NCP arrive within the hour thank you

Our water heater went out, flooding the garage. I called the very reputable company that repiped our house and their quote seemed very expensive. I decided to call North County Plumbing because of their great reviews and was very pleased with the estimate. They scheduled me for later that afternoon. Because of a cancellation, Mike was able to come even earlier. Mike is very likable and does an excellent job. My husband and I were very impressed. He took off his shoes to go upstairs and did a great job of clean-up. We have a NEW very reputable plumbing company. Thanks Mike for a job well done and for making even getting our water heater replaced enjoyable.

Dave from NCP is a pro! On time, courteous, very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. He showed up with the right attitude, the right tools, prep'd the work area and cleaned up afterwards. He also took the time to identify and recommended simple repairs for a number of other potentially disastrous plumbing issues that were caused by a previous plumbing contractor. NCP does seems a little pricey, by comparison to other local plumbing companies, but I got a very professional job done for a fair price. I will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.

Have comment on this company many times guaranteed to locate the leak within an inch , at no charge!

Wow just had North County leak Location out to find a leak in my slab they were able to find it within a few inches another plumbing company that sent them out because they weren't able to locate it thank goodness they referred out North County leak location Eric an awesome job

Dave is awesome. We needed a pressure regulator installed at our home and he came over and installed it for the price quoted with no fuss. He was very informative and was quicker than a ninja. Call these guys for all your plumbing needs.

Had several great experiences with these folks. On time, clean, knowledgeable and fair priced. I've used some of the other large service and repair plumbers and all the teach was interested in was collecting the service fee and the upsell. I didn't get the same vibe from them. Very knowledgeable.

Woke up on Monday and called to get a new water heater. Hooked me up same day and out they came. They was the absolute BEST!!! Showed me what was wrong and how everything worked. Took so much time with me. I would highly recommend them !!

I had leak detection done by County Leak Services at my property in Tustin for my ~11k gallon pool.

They provide a detailed report including pictures indicating any problems found.

Unlike many contractors it is obvious they value their brand and company and will make efforts to satisfy the customer.

I just bought a house with a pool.... I've never owned a pool. I was filling the pool and watching the water level drop... too quickly to be evaporation. Called County Leak Services on the recommendation of my local pool store. They came out, quickly figured out the problem (minor) and charged me a very fair service visit price. Good honest company.

I contacted North County Plumbing for the first time after being unable to reach a plumber I have used in the past. I was treated professionally when I made the call. My plumbing issue involved a faucet that was leaking at the base of my countertop. It wasn't an urgent situation but Sky arrived within a couple of hours after I placed the call. He assessed the situation and could easily have recommended that I replace the faucet with a new one. Instead, he was able to take my existing faucet apart and was able to find the problem. This was done in a timely manner and the problem was resolved. Sky was knowledgeable and helpful in his recommendation. Definitely would recommend these folks and would use them again in the future.

We had a leak in a pipe in our crawlspace. They made an appointment the same day, and Mike arrived right on time. He went under the house and made the fix. I tend to be a worrier, and he went under and double-checked the repair to confirm it was holding steady. He also checked our overall pressure and helped me look around to see if there were any other potential trouble spots.



Mike was a pro, and I'm very happy with the service. Nice job! I'll definitely call again if I have a problem.

These guys have been working for us for about 5+ years, after hitting a rough patch a few years ago they seem to be doing great now. They do all of our water heaters; my staff loves their plumbers and the girls in the office are so sweet ! The prices are reasonable too!!

We had a very large leak in out water line from the meter. We called another plumbing company the day before. The other company's 'Leak Detection Specialist' was at our home for over 4 hours and seemed incapable of finding the leak. We called North County Plumbing and their leak detection person located the leak within 10 minutes! The next day Dima arrived an repaired the leak. He was polite, polished and extremely professional.
