While I recently provided a Five Star review, the service and support I received from ROGER over the past several days has been superior and noteworthy. He was extremely knowledgeable, decidedly patient and highly professional. His uncommonly positive demeanor made my trips to this NAPA store a pleasure. In fact, ROGER was so good to me, that I will drive out of my way to see him, when I begin any search for parts or technical advice or direction

From the moment I entered the store three (3) days ago ROGER made me feel completely at home, like the kind of a neighborhood store where I grew up starting to work on cars many years ago.

Thank you Roger for making my days brighter and time well spent. Hat's off to whomever was responsible for recognizing this young man's outstanding talents and great potential. Honestly, Roger is That good. Thank you for making this NAPA my go to auto parts store. In my book, there can only be one #1. The team here and particularly Roger have earned my respect and sincere appreciation for a job well done.
