Marc's service was very through. From the initial phone call to the final repair, of my Elliptical.he was running a little late for our appointment but he called to let me know that he was on his way. He looked over my elliptical and repaired the minor problem that it was having although to me it was major. I was very comfortable with what he had done and how he explained why the problem had happened. I will recommend his service to anyone.
