I just started up a regular pest maintence service with these guys and they are great. Berto is a very smart guy when comes to knowing what insects and rodents can do to a home. I have used other big named companies in the past and was somewhat happy and most of the time calling to complain. I see that with this company they do care about the customer. For me the price was not a big issue, but they still gave me a great bang for my buck. I see us building a great friendship. I have been and will continue to refer Lights Out Pest Control.

I just had Lights Out Pest Control completely replace my patio cover. In addition, they did a termite treatment that was necessary. They had the whole job done in 3 days at a VERY good price. I would highly recommend Humberto and his staff!!!!!

I recently discovered that I had a termite problem and with not a whole lot of money to spend because of the holidays I contacted Lights Out pest control. I spoke to Berto and he came out and gave me a free quote. After getting a few other quotes I quickly realized they would be the best deal. I called back and they had someone out within hours and quickly took care of my problem. The guy even sprayed some ants I had around my house and told me to make sure my pets did not sniff around for a few hours. I really appreciated it that because my dogs are my life. Thanks for the awesome service guys!!!!! I highly recommend them anytime.

i got the boss and followed the job thru from begining to end! and he is a 1 stop shop; he made repairs for me at a very fair price. AND he did extra work as needed and did not up the bill (i paid him extra because it was not padding the bill).
