Great service! Recommended by my insurance agent, the entire process was easy beacause they billed the insurance company directly over the phone. From start to finish it only took about 1 hour. Nice people tThe entire process was easy from start to finish. I was referred to them by my insurance agent and who was able to arrange for the biling to be handled directly through them. They were friendly and helpful and the entire process took less than an hour.

Helpful and friendly people . Had the glass in stock and sent a repairman over quickly. All billing was done with my insurance so no money out of pocket which was good.

Just with a quick call, we scheduled a next day appointment (given the option of mobile or bringing the vehicle to their shop) I decided to bring it into the shop. Within an hour my car had a brand new window which was maintained very well. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

Scott was the tech that did the replacement was very skilled at his craft and took extra care not to damage any part of my car. I am very pleased with how the entire process turned out.

I am happy to share that my appointment with First call was a pleasant experience. I Purchased a 2013 Lexus four months ago and during a mini vacation found my self in need of a complete windshield due to flying debris on the highway. I appreciated the referal from Brads Auto Repair. I needed a door glass replaced in my 2006 Corolla. I was suprised that a few shops said it would take a day or two to get one in. When I called Firt Call Betty, the appiontment setter had sent atechnician out the same afternoon. he was polite and professional I believe his name was Pat. I liked the fact I was not charged for the mobile service. I hope I dont need window replacement for any reason again, but if I do I will surely call them back.
