Very happy with this service. Just moved to North County from the desert and was recommended by my vets office and was so happy. These people really LOVE cats. My very shy cat came right out and was not afraid at all. She went right up to April and Lori and started rubbing all over them. She does not even do that to ME! They were great about texting with details of the days events and even a sweet photo of my four cats. I would suggest to anyone looking for a great pet sitter....you can't get any better than these ladies.

We were referred by PSI as our previous pet sitter moved out of the area. Our 3 doggies and 1 kitty were in love with the auntie lorrie the moment she walked through our door. We are thrilled that we now have someone we can call at a moments notice, and that when we return, we have very happy fur kids. Thanks for all the little extra's too....empty dishwasher, fold laundry....you are a gem. Thanks PSI you made our family so happy!

Just worked with these guys and my girlfriend and I were thrilled with the service. Our 5 cats were happy too. They gave two of our older cats meds and shots, and were very prompt with their arrivals (we checked our alarm data) and stayed between 30-45 mins each visit. We will be using them again and would tell our friends about them if they needed a petsitter.

We used this service over the Christmas holiday and must say we were extremely happy with what they provided. Texting twice a day with photos and happy, happy animals when we returned home. The prices were good and we were totally pleased.

Sooooooo happy with the service. We will be using again during Spring Break. Our 4 cats were very content. Thanks ladies.

I dont know what all the garbage is about below but we used Coco and Boo over the holidays and my wife and I were super happy with the service. Our dog and cat were very happy when we got home and when they came to return our house key, our animals were so happy to see them. Their rates were good and they went above and beyond what our other pet sitter did. Our dishwasher was even emptied for us when we arrived home. We will use them again and pass their name onto our friends who need great care for their animals.

You know, whoever keeps slamming Coco & Boo seems to have an agenda. We are now wondering if there is a colleague or even a rival whose mission it is to put Lori out of business. I have been blown away with the extra TLC that Lori gives to her the sweet critters that have been in her charge. They receive yummies, toys and the kind of attentiveness that even some of their owners don't!

It is infuriating to read that someone here has TOO much time on their hands, and seems to be on some cruel vengeance mission. Shame on YOU, whoever you are!

I'd recommend Lori's services to my own family, if they lived on this side of the country. As I've told so many, she goes beyond the call of duty... but then again, I feel as does Lori. These animal angels deserve it.

You can see by the latest reviews that they all say the same thing; read them one by one. Similar raving review by new reviewers on the same day. or day after. Hmmmm. Doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure that one out. Same day that Lori responded to the bad reviews too. Wow.. what a coincidence that is! Key words people... babies... treats...book again... loved them...used them for years... just like the second reviewer wrote.



Funny thing is when i told my vet of the experience I had with Lori and asked for a new pet sitter name - the vet office said they no longer recommend pet sitters because some of their clients had a bad experience; which they would not elaborate on, and they don't want to be held liable. They don't recommend Coco & Boo or any other pet sitter now. My problem with them was similar to every other negative review on here - did not get a follow up unless I called her and asked for one, and would not pick up the phone or respond to texts for a long time, neighbors were watching the visits for me and Lori was in and out like a flash or was in for a really long time in my house - way over a half hour which is too long for feeding/watering/let outside to pee, and didn't come at the time i requested.



I am sure she will respond to this with some marketing who ha.You people can leave your "babies" with Lori but I would not leave mine with her again and feel comfortable that they are being taken care of at least half as good as i would. I want to at least get a 2x daily message that they are fine and she is either in my place or just left. It was always... "I was just there, everything is fine" and then the neighbors would tell me they didn't see her car until later, which has a big sign on the side; which is also not good as it tells everyone you are not home.



I do have new pet sitter and in reading these reviews, I am going to install a security system; it's a great idea to track someone coming in or out.

LOVE these guys. They were recommended by a friend and we used them on a last minute notice and cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They picked up our two doggies at the groomers and then took care of them for three days. The brought them toys and treats and even took them to the beach on the one nice day of weather that we had. We have booked them again for Christmas and New Years Eve, and Stormy and Jackson our babies cannot wait to see them again.

Coco & Boo was recommended by our vets office and we were so happy with their service. Our three cats havent received so much attention in ages (lol). They are obviously very passionate about what they do. Our babies were loved, brushed, fed, played and they even brought them toys and special treats. We have used other pet sitters and were less than thrilled. These guys are the real deal! We have already booked them for the holidays too. You will not be disappointed. Their comunications are excellent.

I just used Coco & Boo for the first time and was thrilled with their service. Both Lori and Bill were amazing and were to attemtive to the needs of my dogs. They sent daily communications with photos, and even called a few times during the 10 days that we were in Hawaii. They are amazing and I would highly recommend them. Do not know how they could have any bad reviews. They are a Godsend for us and are wonderful human beings that also do a lot of rescue work. Thank you Jackie for giving me their number!

This company has been taking care of our two dogs now for about 8 months. They are great and will accommodate any need you have. Sometimes they take the girls to the beach or to the dog park. They can even take the girls to the vet if we are in a bind and cannot make it home from work in time. We have left Lori and Bill in charge of our girls for up to 14 days and we never worry about them at all. They will update us with a text message and will also send fun pictures of the kids doing something fun, and it always puts a smile on our face. They are reliable and we trust them with our most precious items....Sally and Sasha

Hire Them! They are the best out there. I have been using Coco and Boo now for about one year and they have NEVER let me down. My three cats love them. Lori and Bill love what they do, and it shows. I never have to worry, because even on super short notice, they will run over to my house and feed and love my babies. Their rates are great, and they always go that extra mile to make sure my kids are well taken care of. When I am away on vacation or several day trips, they email me with photos of my babies, and that always sets my mind at ease. They are so fabulous and always remember my cats and my boyfriend and my birthdays. It's little things like this that do set them apart from all the others.

I love Coco and Boo. I have used their services for the last 3 years. They are the only ones I completely trust with my babies. I know I can count on their good judgement in an emergency. They have had to medicate my cats and help with the training of my puppy. When I have had to stay late at work, I knew I could just call them to walk the dogs and feed everybody. I don't have a yard and felt completey at ease leaving the dogs inside and having C&B walk them 3-4 times a day while I have been out of town. They are completely trustworthy and absolutely adore animals. Mine all love them.

Never use them!! I thought that Lori would honor what she said she was going to do but came home to my dog roaming around the house outside his kennel which he had piker and urinated in... Not to mention there was urine ALL over the carpet. Management called on the first day to tell me my neighbors had been complaining about dogs (mine) barking for hours on end, every day I was gone... His throught was horse when I got home... Also my one dogs wound look like it went completely untreated. I paid a lot of money for these services, and now am wishing I had read these reviews before... Your pets are not safe with this company... At least not in my opinion...

Sorry to say I had similar experience to the other reviewer. No follow up from Lori DiBacco, I had to keep calling to ask for information if my pets were ok and eating. She even texted me to stop worrying, that they were fine (as if I was bothering her). I don't think she wanted to text when she was there because it was never at the promised time. I didn't ever feel 100% comfortable when my dogs were in her care. She didn't come when said she was there according to my neighbors who were watching my house. I could also tell when the food had not been all used up like it would if they were fed on schedule. I never called her again and even though she is listed with pet sitters international and supposedly bonded and insured, she didn't show the certificatse. Ask to see her bond and check her out and if you do use her, make sure you have someone also watch what goes on too and require a follow up call while she is at the house or don't use her again. Get it all in writing.

***NEW... did you notice ALL the recent reviews were written on the same DAY Lori and Debbie responded to the negative comments and they all say the same thing about? Toys and treats, we booked them... I reported them to YP. None of those reviewers had any other reviews to their credit. How could 3 people just pop on and leave a review on the same day Lori and Debbie responded to the negative reviews?



Did you notice that several posted around 12/3 say the same thing.. Lori and Bill... our babies... vacation, text us, booking them again...



Lori - what a pile of you know what. I have a security system and I know when you came in and out and it was NOT when you said you did. You didn't take care of my pets like you said you would.



Not reliable. She doesn't text or call you when she has been over, and doesn't go when she says she will and she didn't go as often as was paid to go. If I could give a -100 I would. Tries to impose her ideas of how your pets should be taken care of and what food they should eat on you and didn't change the litter boxes on the schedule I left. There was certainly no half hour visit according to my security system logs.
