Disappointing results

I paid over $2400 for shower glass - was charged extra for special glass that would sheet off water and make it easier to clean." First, they installed the shower door the wrong way round - took weeks to get it replaced. The finished job is still unsatisfactory as the water from the shower just sits on the glass and leaves worse marks that the old glass that did not have the expensive coating. Now I have to clean it with special cleaners and it is just a total pain. The new glass was supposed to have been developed for the airforce - don't waste your money on it.
