Pismo Sands RV Park has been awarded the "Best Medium Sized Park in California" three times in the past eight years by the California Travel Parks Association ( CalARVC ). We are one of the highest rated parks on the Central Coast in the Trailer Life Guide, and we have been featured in Highways magazine several times. This "Park" boasts top awards but couldn't even process a check-in without being rude, offensive, and argumentative. Every problem I had seen while staying at Pismo Sands was management related however, dare to address the manager about "issues" in her Park, and you will be met with Scorn, Ridicule, and Threats. This place is a crowded parking lot in the worst part of town, and is run by a rude b*tch that has zero people skills. As stated at the top of their "Policies & Regulations" page, THE MANAGER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICING & POLICIES AT WILL. The only reason any business would need this type of disclaimer is to take advantage of good people. Next time I will stay at a real RV Resort, in Pismo Beach.
