I started shopping at CraZy LadyZ years ago. I first started at the Ocean City store. Then realized they had a store in Bethany and began doing most of my shopping there. Although the store in Ocean City is bigger and has a larger selection of things. Since my primary home is not at the beach most of my shopping is done in the summer. For years I would go in and probably spend at least a couple hours in the store trying various things on to buy. I usually buy quite a bit at one time. Hard to turn down some of their unique and beautiful things. The sales people are very helpful and not pushy. I do believe they give an honest opinion of how you look in a particular outfit. For the most part I feel their clothes are not for young women, although I'm sure a younger women could find something depending what she might be looking for. Especially in accessories. Their jewelry is nice and I feel reasonable in price as are their handbags and their shoe's. They do have a short return policy. I usually don't shop in stores that do. In this day and age most stores have long return policies. My personal opinion, not necessarily about Crazy Lady but I feel that stores with a short return policy are working on limited capital and that is why they have a short return policy. It bothers me a great deal to spend a lot of money in their store over the years and get grief if I want to return something that I missed by a few days. They do make it very very clear about the policy. So when I shop there, there are times I limit my buying because I am not sure of some things and know I may not be able to get back in time. I have heard others that refuse to shop there because of the short return policy. I recently read a review from a person that receive a gift and tried to exchange it and was told in no uncertain terms could she since she missed the time limit. The lady lived over 2 hours away and could not get back sooner. They could have cared less and consequently both she and the person that gave her the gift refuse to buy there. I wonder why they really do have such a short return policy since I have not run into that any where else at the beach. It may be since people shop there on vacation and they don't want them coming back months later and out of season to return or exchange something. But they could remedy that . I am giving this four stars for that reason. Otherwise the store has nice clothing that you don't see yourself coming and going in.
