Today I made a phone reservation for 2:15 jetski for myself and 5 family members. The phone order went smoothly, Corie was very professional and helpful. She had offered me to print out coupons saving us $15 per ski. On our way we were running very late and had to call Action at 2pm , We were still 30 minutes away and had to do paperwork and get instruction still. There was no way we were going to make it. When we called Jeff answered the phone very professionally and offered to give us the 4:45 trip instead. By all rights they were entitled to our deposit as that slot went unfilled at that late time. No sweat Jeff said and moved us to 4;45. No mention of any

kind of charge. We got there on time and had a superb experience. No troubles at all. Our equipment was brand new and workeed perfectly. The guides are great.

The negative review entitled "Action Watercraft Rental" is not written about 48th Street WaterSports. The two are entirely different companies. The folks at 48th Street Water Sports are beyond helpful and reliable and work hard to ensure that every single customer walks away happy. The guys taught my son how to sail and he had the absolute best time ever. They do not require deposits at all and rent catamaran sailboats, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, windsurfers and paddleboats, in addition to offering instruction and eco tours! I recommend this company 100% and it is sad to see that someone wrote a horrible review under the wrong company listing!!!
