WOW... Completely appalled been doing business with this company for 13 years and got treated (not the first time ) Like my business means nothing to them! Very unprofessional staff with customer service ... Acted like their service is the best around and they don’t have Competition ! I am in the customer service business and Marion County and I have customers asked me all the time who do I recommend for garbage pick up ? My recommendations for Waste Pro are done ! I Really wish the owners of this company or investors would wake up and see why there business has not increased dramatically According to the population here in Marion County ... My unbiased review should be taken seriously as This is a ” CORPORATE NIGHTMARE”.

Great customer service. Guys are always nice and professional. It's a pleasure talking to their office staff.

Avoid these people at all cost. You'll call to cancel service because they destroy your garbage cans, pay what you owe for the gap between quarters, and they'll claim they've cancelled your service. Then you'll receive collection notices in the mail. You'll call back, and they will assure you that your service has been cancelled and that your balance is zero. You'll still receive collection notice. Repeat this five times. Complete nightmare. Go with Florida Express Environmental if you can.

Do not pay for them. They waste your time and money. They don't pick up trash even after multiple phone calls daily and they say they have "noted" for the garbage truck to get it..... 5th day in a row my trash is still sitting outside.

I don't usually leave a review but I was so pleased with my service lately and especially this morning I really must give credit where it is due. I moved into my new house 2 months ago after moving in I realized the old tenant left a bunch of garbage in garage I started my service and put all the garbage from garage out it was more then the 5 bags but they took it all. Then all my moving boxes and to top it off this morning really impressed me allot I came home late last night so I threw some big boxes out my tree and the bags of garbage they took the time to put it all in the truck thank you waste pro for going above and beyond. One really happy customer ����

They don't pick up the garbage when they are supposed to do it, very bad service all the time.

Their employees do whatever. also if you try the phone number off hours and leave a message they don't call back.
