My experience was less than professional. They gave me no written estimate for the work and just gave ball park numbers scribbled on some rough paper (that the tech kept with himself and did not gave me). They used bad parts in my car the first time and then either lied to me or were too incompetent to notice the problem the second time I brought it in. They also didn't put the front left wheel back on properly the second time which nearly fell off when I headed back on the I-75. When I complained, they were rude and the service manager got very nasty.I'd stay away if at all possible.

Recently when I was in Ocala I brought my car in for an oil change and to have my front headlights professionally buffed and cleaned. The oil change was done promptly and my headlights looked like new when they got done. The entire staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The store has been family owned and operated for 75 years and it shows with the great care that they take with there customers.

I have been a long time customer at this store and have always been very happy with their work and Customer Service. Over the years I have had new tires put on, oil changes, headlight restoration, and many other services done here. They are a knowledgeable staff and very fair in their prices. I have found this charming family owned store to be the best and I fully trust their services. This is by far the best place in town! I would give high recommendations for Goodyear Post Office Tire Service.

I'm a mechanic but due to being sick with cancer, my girlfriend took our vehicle here as I couldn't do te work. Charged for items not needed, what should of been a $200 repair turned into a $900 bill for unnecessary work and items, They charged for stuff that they didn't put on my vehicle and when I had the problem checked out elsewhere, I had to pay another load of money to correct their bad job. Owner never apologized and the staff talk to you like you're an idiot.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. Have been a customer for over 20 years and highly recommend to anyone seeking a business that cares about its customers. One of the last true, family-owned businesses!

I was treated very well. Great assortment of different tire brands. This company has been in Ocala, Fl since 1937. So, I got a set of General tires with awesome preformance in the rain. Very happy, and will keep coming back. I like to keep my money local, and this is a locally owned business.
