The PetCo 4475 SW 40th Ave Ocala Fl has absolut HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have never wrote or complained about a company but I had to because my experience at PetCo of Ocala Fl was awful the co workers didnt help, greet, or encourage sales at all. Everyone stares you down judgmentally and I will personally never purchase an item from pet co again. Not to mention PRICES are way to HIGH.

This is one of the best pet shops I have been to. Pets are in best shape. Small animals are seperated by gender. Always clean. In fact, I have two winter white russian dwarf hamsters called "Mickey" and "Timmy".

I get all of my hamster food from there. If you are going to get a pet, go to Petco!
